Founded in 2024, Discount Surplus of Broken Arrow is locally owned by two lifelong friends, Roy Henson and Wade Palmer.  Being in the transportation industry for many years, both were looking for a new adventure.  With their grit and determination, it didn't take long to make their vision a reality.
